A complete 2BHK home interior typically costs ₹5–8 lakhs and a 3BHK ₹6–12 lakhs, depending on materials and scope. Every client gets a detailed, itemised quote after a requirement call, and we keep the project within the budget agreed at the start.

Interior projects start from ₹5 lakhs. Within that, we take complete homes, modular kitchens and wardrobes, commercial spaces and clinics anywhere in Tamil Nadu.

A full home interior usually takes 30–45 days from design sign-off to handover, and installation is guaranteed within 45 days. The timeline is fixed in writing at project sign-off.

Yes. Our Free Design Service includes a mood board meeting, two live design meetings where changes are made with you, one site visit for measurements, material selection guidance and a final site marking visit before production. Bathrooms, balconies, exteriors, working drawings and 3D video walkthroughs are not part of the free service. Extra design meetings cost ₹5,000 per meeting for 1–3BHK and ₹8,000 for 4–5BHK.

Essential Design costs 5% of the total project value and adds more design meetings plus bathroom designs. End-to-End Design costs ₹45–80 per sq.ft of floor-plan area and covers every room, a 3D video walkthrough, three site visits and design revisions until you approve. Additional site visits are ₹5,000 per visit within Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.

Four stages: (1) Discovery — enquiry call, requirement collection and a clear quote; (2) Design — mood board, design meetings, design finalisation and material selection; (3) Production — site marking, project sign-off, factory and on-site work, delivery and installation; (4) Handover — handle fitting, quality check, deep cleaning and a warranty card.

We use BWP (boiling-water-proof, marine-grade) plywood for kitchens and wet areas, HDHMR/HDWR high-density moisture-resistant boards, MR plywood for dry areas such as wardrobes, and factory-finished prelaminated boards. Brands include Kitply. The material for each area is specified in your quote.

Yes, a 10-year warranty. Dtone warrants its furniture against manufacturing defects and installation workmanship defects for 10 years, and hardware and appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty. If there is a problem, notify us in writing with photos within 7 days of noticing it; we inspect and repair or replace the item at our cost if the claim is covered. Normal wear, water seepage and misuse are excluded.

Yes, in Madurai and Chennai. For new buildings we study the site, budget and zoning, prepare the floor plan and elevation, plan the timeline and issue stage-by-stage electrical, plumbing and lighting drawings, and our civil team builds it. One firm handles architecture, construction and interiors.
